AIADMK pulls out of BJP alliance: National leadership will speak about this - K Annamalai

Tamil Nadu BJP president Annamalai, who was on a padayatra in Coimbatore, said that the BJP national leadership will comment on the AIADMK's withdrawal from the NDA.


Coimbatore: The AIADMK, at a meeting chaired by Edappadi K Palaniswami in Chennai today, has unanimously decided that it will withdraw from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) from today, officially said.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the 'En Mann En Makkal' Yatra in Coimbatore, BJP state president Annamalai said, we read the AIADMK's statement in which they have announced a resolution. Our national leadership will talk about it at the right time and then we will talk about it in detail when we meet the press," he said.

BJP national women's wing president Vanathi Srinivasan and L Murugan were also present at the press conference.
