In the surrounding areas of Thudiyalur in Coimbatore district, the Hindu Munnani north district staged a street corner campaign demanding the expulsion of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department from the temples.



Coimbatore: Hindu Munnani north district staged a street corner campaign near Thudiyalur demanding that the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department be evicted from temples.

More than 200 street corner campaign meetings were held at more than 200 places in Vadamadurai, Thudiyalur, Veerapandi pirivu, Gudalur Goundampalayam, Periyanaickenpalayam, Kavundampalayam and Thadagam in Coimbatore North district.



District general secretary Thyagarajan and district spokesperson Jaikarthi were present at the street corner campaign meeting chaired by divisional secretary Uruvai Balan.

Hindu Munnani district secretaries Murugan, Padayappa district coordinator Thambi Saravanan and Diwakar Manohar Srinivasan spoke at the street corner meeting demanding that the endowments department should leave the temple.
