Coimbatore: Venkatesh and his pals from Selvapuram in Coimbatore went to the Eachanari Vinayaka shrine last night. They then went to a private restaurant before returning home.

When the car reached the Customs-Ukkadam road, it lost control, collided, and rolled on the road. The car was smashed like papad. Venkatesh, Gautham, Raja Prabhu, Vikram, and Arjun, who were in the car involved in the accident, sustained injuries and survived.

When the car arrived at 12 midnight, the container in front tried to overtake the truck.

It was found that the car lost control and overturned on the road due to a scuffle triggered by the arrival of the vehicle coming from the opposite direction.
