The Kasthuri Naickenpalayam sub-health centre building in Coimbatore, under Somayampalayam panchayat, is in a state of disrepair due to a lack of sufficient security. Akhila Bharatha Makkal Katchi has filed a petition urging the restructuring of the Somayampalayam sub-health centre in light of these issues.

Because of a lack of effective protection, the Kasthuri Naicken Palayam sub-centre building in Coimbatore's Somayampalayam panchayat is in disrepair. He claimed that the water in the waste water tank and toilet was stagnant, emitting a bad odour, making it impossible for the public to utilise it for treatment.There is a risk of spread of the infection and hence the authorities concerned have taken quick steps.
The Akhila Bharatha Makkal Katchi petitioned the Coimbatore District Collector's Office to get it renovated and made available for public usage. The petition was submitted under the leadership of the party's founder president Ramanathan.
