Test Run of GN Mills Junction Flyover - Open to the Public from Vellakinar Pirivu to Government ITI on Mettupalayam Road!

In December 2020, the NH wing of the State began the construction of a flyover from Vidyalaya to Vannankovil stretch on the Mettupalayam Road at Periyanaickenpalayam in Coimbatore. The proposed flyover will span 1.850 km in length with a width of 17.2 metres.



Coimbatore: The GN Mills junction flyover runs from Vellakinar Pirivu to Government ITI on the Mettupalayam Road and is open to the public for test run.



In December 2020, the State's NH wing began construction of a flyover from Vidyalaya to Vannankovil on the Mettupalayam Road at Periyanaickenpalayam. The flyover will be 1.850 km long and 17.2 metres wide.

We hope that the NH officials as committed to our respected District Collector, that they will complete the construction of the flyover work at Periyanaickenpalayam in August 2023 will adhere to the timelines.

In continuation of the stakeholders meeting at the Coimbatore Collectorate in December 2022, we are hopeful that the State government will do the needful work for the flyovers in Singanallur, Saravanampatti, and Saibaba kovil as soon as possible.

We thank our District Collector for actively supervising the construction of the flyovers.
