Monkeys roaming in Coimbatore city area

The people of Ukkadam Al Ameen Colony in Coimbatore city area are scared as monkeys are roaming around.



Coimbatore: Al Ameen Colony is located in ukkadam area of Coimbatore. There are more than 1000 tenements here.

Monkeys usually move about 5 km away from Al Ameen Colony.

Now the monkeys have started arriving in the al-Ameen Colony residential area. As a result, the people of the area are scared.



The monkeys, who have been roaming in the area since this morning, have been jumping here and there on top of the electricity poles.

Moreover, people in the area have closed the doors and windows of their houses and taken shelter inside the houses as they are trying to enter the houses there.



Moreover, grocery shops and fruit vendors in the area are also scared of the monkey menace. Following this, some people in the area are making efforts to drive away the monkeys.

At the same time, they have also demanded that the municipal administration should also take steps to catch the monkeys.
