Police constable rescued missing boy near Coimbatore Medical College Hospital

Manikandan (24) is a native of Sanganoor in Coimbatore and Rukmani (23), his wife was admitted for child delivery at CMCH.

The couple’s first child Siddharth (4 years old) had accompanied them. Rukmani, who was admitted to the maternity ward of the hospital, gave birth to her second baby boy yesterday.

The four- year old Siddharth, who was with his father had gone missing since yesterday. His father Manikandan along with his family members searched for the boy.

However, the constable, who spotted the boy standing alone on the roadside brought him safely to their parents. The act of the policeman was appreciated by many.
