Police remove vehicles that had encroached on the road in Dharapuram

In Dharapuram, vehicles were occupying roadside areas from Anna Statue to Pookkadai Corner, causing inconvenience to motorists.



Tirupur: Police have removed vehicles parked on roadsides near Dharapuram in Tirupur district. Public and social activists have been expressing their appreciation.

From Anna Statue near Dharapuram to Pookkadai Corner, vehicles are parked occupying the roadside areas. The public had been complaining that motorists were being disturbed and there were chances of accidents taking place.



On the orders of Dharapuram Deputy Superintendent of Police Dhanarasu and Inspector Manikandan, the police in the presence of Sub-Inspector Paramasivam, responded to the request of the people of Dharapuram and took action to remove the vehicles parked.



Accordingly, shops and two-wheelers that had encroached on roadside areas in areas where the bus stand is located from Anna Statue to Pookkadai Corner were removed.



The public thanked the Dharapuram police officials for accepting the public's demand and taking action. Moreover, social activists are praising him.
