Coimbatore: Janani - An AVP initiative for Women and Child Care has been inaugurated by Swathy Rohit, Founder and CEO, Health Basix and C. Devidas Varier, Managing Director, The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy, Coimbatore, Krishnadas Varier, Executive Director, The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy Coimbatore Ltd. at the Ayurvedic Trust Campus, Ramanathapuram in Coimbatore on March 29, 2023, to provide holistic care for the expectant mothers.

The inauguration ceremony took place on March 29, 2023, at The Ayurvedic Trust Campus, Ramanathapuram, in Coimbatore, which will mark the beginning of an innovative approach to postnatal care in the community.
The Ayurveda Post Natal Care Project - Janani is a comprehensive program that aims to provide new mothers with the support they need to ensure a healthy recovery after childbirth along with guiding them through their pregnancy. The program is based on Ayurvedic principles and includes a range of services. It is designed to provide holistic care that addresses new mothers' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
