Summer heat: DSP Dhanarasu gives protective caps to police in Dharapuram

On behalf of the traffic police in Dharapuram, the traffic police were asked to mitigate the impact of the sun. DSP Dhanarasu presented a round-shaped cap that protects the cops working in the summer heat from exhaustion.



Tirupur: DSP Dhanarasu handed over protective caps to the traffic police in Dharapuram.

More than 50 police personnel have been deployed day and night at Dharapuram in Tirupur district, including bus stand, Pollachi road, Alangiyam and Udumalai roundabout. It is customary for them to use a cap with a government stamp on their heads.

Since March 1, the impact of the heat wave in Tamil Nadu has increased day by day. The cap worn by the police was heated and the police were struggling a lot during the security duties.



On the orders of the District Superintendent of Police, the Dharapuram traffic police were given a heat wave on the condition of the traffic police.



Dharapuram Deputy Superintendent of Police Dhanarasu handed over water buttermilk to the police and with a circular cap which absorbs the protective solar and gives coolness to the head.

Police personnel including traffic police inspector Gnanavel and traffic sub-inspector were present on the occasion.
