Coimbatore District Collector congratulates women self-help groups for receiving Manimegalai award from CM

Chief Minister presented the Manimegalai Award to the "Governing Women's Self Help Group" and "Jhansi Rani Women's Self Help Group" who performed well in Coimbatore district.


Coimbatore: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin on December 29 attended an event in Trichy to provide loan assistance to women self-help groups (SHGs) and distributed loan assistance to women self-help groups from various districts. Various awards, including the Manimegalai Award, were presented to women self-help groups who performed well on the occasion.

Accordingly, the Chief Minister presented the Manimegalai award to the best performing "Governing Women's Self Help Group" and "Jhansi Rani Women's Self Help Group" from Coimbatore district.



The two women self-help groups who received the award met Coimbatore District Collector Sameeran and received their greetings.

The District Collector conveyed his best wishes to the awardees to the women's self-help groups and congratulated and encouraged them to perform better.
