Coimbatore Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar will preside over the public grievances day meeting at the corporation's main office tomorrow. Municipal Corporation Commissioner M Prathap has asked the public to use mask and submit petitions with social distancing.
Coimbatore: A public grievances day meeting will be held at Coimbatore corporation's main office from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on Tuesday (15.11.2022) under the chairmanship of Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar.
The general public in the corporation limits can submit a memorandum to the Mayor on basic amenities such as birth and death certificates, road facilities, electric lights, drinking water facilities, underground sewerage, profession tax, property tax, vacancy tax, new water connection, name change, medical, health, education etc.
Moreover, action will be taken on these petitions by the departmental corporation officials.
Therefore, CCMC commissioner M. Prathap has asked the public to wear masks, use disinfectant, maintain social distancing and submit their memorandums to the public who come for this public grievances day meeting.
