House owner's son uses alternate key, to rob female tenant in Coimbatore

At the house of a resident of Selvapuram, who left the Diwali bonus and salary at home and went to work, Ashok Kumar, son of the house owner, was arrested for stealing the money by opening using an alternate key.


Coimbatore: Arun Kumar is a native of Shanmuga Rajapuram in Selvapuram. His wife Pavitra (29). He is working as an accountant in a transport company. He lives in a rented house owned by one Murugesan.

In this case, the company where Pavithra works has given Diwali bonus. Pavithra had kept this month's salary and Diwali bonus money in the house cupboard.

When she returned home in the evening after going to work the day before, she found that the bonus money of Rs 15,000 was missing from the cupboard. But the door and lock of the house were not broken. Shocked to see that only the money was missing, Pavithra lodged a complaint at the Selvapuram police station.

Selvapuram sub-inspector Chinnaraj, who registered the complaint, questioned the owners of the house where Pavithra lives.

Based on the investigation, it was revealed that Murugesan's son Ashok Kumar (43) had opened pavithra's house with an alternative key and stole the money.

It was revealed that after Pavithra went to work, Ashok Kumar had opened the house with an alternate key and stole the money. The police, who were involved in the investigation, arrested Ashok Kumar.
