According to a statement issued by the office of the City Police Commissioner, the Home Guard examination will be conducted to fill up the vacant posts in Coimbatore City Home Guard as per the orders of Coimbatore City Police Commissioner, Balakrishnan. Therefore, men, women and those of the third gender who wish to join the Home Guard and work with the police can apply.
Those who wish to apply for the vacancies should submit the applications by 5 pm on October 25 at the Coimbatore City Home Guard Office premises at Gandhipuram C-1 Kattoor Police Station, Coimbatore.
The eligibility criteria for these vacancies are those who have passed Class 10 and those who have not passed. The age limit for applying for these vancies are from 20 to 45 years of age.
