The Founders
Coming from humble backgrounds, Dhiliban and Manoj founded Inno Valley Works in 2018. Completing schooling in Government schools, Dhiliban did his Masters degree in Salem and started his career in a software company in Bangalore, whereas Manoj completed his Engineering in PSG Tech and started working in an MNC in Coimbatore. After gaining experience and expertise in their respective technologies and different working scenarios, the brother duo had the insatiable dream of creating something on their own.
That’s when they started Inno Valley Works and began setting foot in the IT industry. Starting in a rental room with 2 employees, Inno Valley Works has steadily imprinted itself as a promising company even during the pandemic situation and has achieved all the targeted milestones until now and has gradually developed to accommodate a 4000 sq. ft office with 50+ team members in the last four years.
With the passion to create awareness about the technology in their region, the company conducts many technology awareness programs like the Salesforce Trailblazer community, how to Become Salesforce Developer, and Break the Break, a technology training program exclusively for women. Not to mention that Dhiliban has started his phase as a trainer even before beginning his career. He trained many young village students in software programming in his hometown and also gave career guidance to many first literates / graduates through consulting organisation.
No success is easy. But it is that go-getter attitude and the fighting spirit of the brother duo in establishing this workplace where all levels of experienced people are working together in harmony, making their dreams continue and flourish.
