TNAU releases admission rank list for UG degree courses; 7 students score 200 out of 200

TNAU University Vice-Chancellor, Geethalakshmi released the rank list on Friday. It has been announced that 7 students have scored 200 out of 200, and 14 of them scored 199.5, while three of them scored 199.



Coimbatore: Coimbatore's Tamil Nadu Agricultural University's (TNAU) Vice-Chancellor, Geethalakshmi released the rank list for the undergraduate graduates on Friday. Of which, 7 students have scored 200 out of 200, while 14 of them scored 199.5 and 3 have scored 199.

The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore offers 12 Under Graduate courses in 14 Government colleges and 28 affiliated colleges. Applications for the 2022-23 academic year have been invited online, since June last year. 

In the current year, there are 2,148 seats in constituent colleges of agricultural universities and 2,337 seats in affiliated colleges. A total of 37,766 students have applied for the exam. 

As many as 800 people from outside the State had applied.



The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Geethalakshmi released the rank list on Friday which showed that seven students have scored 200 out of 200 marks, 14 students scored 199.5 marks and 3 candidates scored 199 marks. 



G Gopi, R Subhasree, Karthik Raja, Tharani Senkottavelu, Muthupandi, Harinika. Raja Aiswarya Kamakshi are the seven students who secured the first rank.



Online counselling for the course will be conducted after the completion of medical counselling and those who have attended online counselling will have to be present in person for certificate verification.
