He also shed light on the online courses that the students can study, apart from the courses registered in their curriculum.
Coimbatore: The Department of Information Technology of Karpagam College of Engineering hosted a seminar on 'Graphic Design' on Wednesday at its Coimbatore campus for over 120 second-year IT students.
The seminar was inaugurated with an invocation song at 10 am and Shri Harsha R, a second-year student of IT welcomed the gathering. Saran, another second-year student introduced Sathish S, the Resource Person for the seminar who is the Founder of Orita Sinclair School of Design & Music in Coimbatore.
Sathish S spoke about the basics of Graphic Design, Art and Illustration for Graphic Design, Marketing & Adevertising Graphic Design. He also shed light on the online courses that the students can study, apart from the courses registered in their curriculum. He also emphasised to the students on the need for Industry and Internship opportunities. The seminar concluded at 1 pm with another second-year student of IT, Sabitha K proposing the vote of thanks.
