You can't expect development by disturbing the peace. Action should not be taken for political reasons. Vanathi Srinivasan said the chief minister should not allow law and order to be disturbed.
Coimbatore: Coimbatore South MLA Vanathi Srinivasan inspected the spot where petrol bombs were thrown at the BJP party office in Coimbatore. He urged the Tamil Nadu police to arrest all the culprits immediately.

In a shocking incident, unidentified miscreants threw petrol bombs (molotov cocktails) at six places, including the BJP office in Coimbatore, and fled from the place. The police have registered a case and are investigating the matter. Subsequently, many persons have been arrested for throwing petrol bombs in Kuniyamuthur and Pollachi in Coimbatore. The Coimbatore police have also announced that those who have not been identified yet will also be arrested soon.
BJP National Women's Wing president and Coimbatore South MLA Vanathi Srinivasan, who personally inspected the affected areas, held a press conference.

"There have been six incidents of petrol bomb attacks in Coimbatore city. The houses and shops of party functionaries and supporters have been attacked. So far, only two people have been arrested.
Four committees headed by 4 MLAs have been formed across Tamil Nadu. A committee has been formed under my chairmanship in Coimbatore division. We will personally visit the places where the incident took place and conduct an inspection and submit a report.
Coimbatore district has been under the attack of terror at various times. Even the slightest problem here can have a huge effect. Therefore, adequate protection should be provided.
Why is there a delay in arresting those involved in the petrol bomb blast despite having evidence? And despite so many incidents, only two people have been arrested.
The Chief Minister should take action without any leniency on anyone's actions in such acts. You can't leave peace behind and expect growth. Coimbatore is growing economically rapidly. The chief minister should not allow law and order to be disturbed.
Action should not be taken for political reasons. The Chief Minister should take action without compromising.
It is those who are against the unity and progress of the country who are indulging in such acts. Action should be taken against those who are indulging in publicity and self-interest in these activities. Those involved in the act of terrorism should not be spared."
