Coimbatore Central Jail authorities present Gandhiji's book 'My Experiments with Truth' to 12 inmates released from jail

12 inmates of Coimbatore Central Jail were released after completing their 10-year terms in jail. The jail authorities' noble gesture in presenting them with Mahatma Gandhi's book 'My Experiments with Truth' to motivate them was lauded.

Coimbatore: Coimbatore Central Jail authorities presented Mahatma Gandhi's book 'My Experiments with Truth' to 12 inmates of the Coimbatore Central Jail who were released after completing their 10-year sentences. The Central Jail authorities also wished them well.

In the Coimbatore Central Jail, convicts and undertrials involved in various cases are lodged and this gesture by jail authorities to encourage those inmates who were being released was lauded by one and all.
