The 1972 batch of students from St. Michael High School in Coimbatore gathered on Friday after 50 years and sat in their classes reminiscing their good old days.
Coimbatore: The 1972 batch students of St. Michael's High School in Coimbatore were thrilled to meet their friends again after 50 years for the Golden Jubilee celebration at the school campus.
Chancellor Henry Daniel and more than 50 alumni attended the celebrations organized by the school. The Principal of Michael's High School, Henry conveyed his joy in hosting such reunions to remember and honor one’s school friends and teachers.
He also added that such meetings should continue to happen frequently to take a break from routine life and reminisce the good old memories with dear friends.
Former students Thamarai Selvan, Raghunathan, Jerome and a few others organized the Golden Jubilee Celebrations. The alumni posed for pictures, sat in their classrooms and reminisced about their golden school days.
