According to Police, the miscreants entered the Axis Bank ATM situated at Coimbatore- Tiruchy national highways at Palladam, around midnight and tried to break open the ATM machine.
Coimbatore : Unidentified persons who entered an ATM kiosk of a private bank atPalladam have made a burglary attempt, butescaped from the scene after they couldn't break open the cash chest.
According to Police, the miscreants entered the Axis Bank ATM situated at Coimbatore- Tiruchy national highways at Palladam at around midnight and tried to break open the ATM machine.
The customers who entered the ATM in the morning found the machine meddled and broken. Following which, a formal complaint from Bank Manager Dharmaraj, police arrived at the spot and held investigations. The CCTV footage was obtained by the police for scrutiny.
A case has been filed and the police are on the lookout for the thieves who attempted the daring ATM burglary.
