Police Commissioner, Balakrishnan said that the day care center which has been nonfunctional in the past two years due to Corona epidemic has been revived. He urged the policemen and women to make use of the library and the recreation centre.
Coimbatore: City Police Commissioner, Balakrishnan inaugurated a day care center, library and ra ecreation club at the Police Training Academy campus, here on Monday.
The Commissioner who distributed play kits to the children at the centre said "The day care center which has been nonfunctional in the past two years due to Corona epidemic has been revived".
He also inaugurated the library which was recently revamped and shifted from the ground floor which earlier was functioning in a second floor of a different building.
The commissioner asked the police woman to use the guide book for pregnant women for safe delivery and other such useful books from the library and utilize the recreation centre to recharge themselves.
Assist Commissioners (Armed Reserve) T.V.Muralidharan and A. Sekhar and other police personnel took part in the event.
