42 Highways Department officials transferred across Tamil Nadu

Among the Divisional Engineers working in the Highways Department in Tamil Nadu, 42 officers have been transferred to different cities for administrative reasons.


Coimbatore: Among the Divisional Engineers working in the Highways Department in Tamil Nadu, 42 officers have been transferred to different cities and posts for administrative reasons.

Samuthirakani who worked as a Divisional Engineer in the National Highways Department has been appointed as a Divisional Engineer for Special Projects in the State Highways Department in Coimbatore. Ramesh who served as Assistant Superintending Engineer in Thanjavur has been appointed to take over from Samuthirakani.

Matheswaran who was Divisional Engineer in the Construction and Maintenance Division of the Coimbatore Highways Department has been transferred to Erode. Sundaramurthy who worked in Village Roads and NABARD Division in Vellore has been appointed in Matheswaran's place. Selvakumar, who worked in the Construction, Maintenance and Quality Control Department in Tirupur has been transferred to Gobichettipalayam. Krishnamurthy, who works in Tarapuram, has been appointed in his place.
