The R S Puram police have registered a case and are investigating to ascertain if the cause of death was an AC leak in the car.
Coimbatore: In a shocking discovery by the RS Puram police, a man was found dead sitting inside a car on Lawley Road in Coimbatore. It is suspected that the death could have been caused by an AC leak in the car.
Since a car was parked for a long period of time near Lawley Road on Marudhamalai Road in Coimbatore, the suspicious public informed the RS Puram police station. When the police reached the spot, they opened the door of the car and found a man sitting in his seat, but in a lifeless state.

On investigation, it was revealed that the deceased was Naseer Ahmed (39), a resident of P N Puthur. Naseer, a marketing executive, reportedly informed his family two days ago that he was travelling to Maldives. Naseer was known to travel frequently for work.
