Coimbatore: The 120th birth anniversary of former CM K Kamaraj is being celebrated across Tamil Nadu today by schools, colleges, general public and political parties.
As part of this, BJP workers from Coimbatore district garlanded the statue of Kamaraj in Vadakovai area and paid homage.
Led by BJP's Coimbatore district president Uttham Balaji, a ceremony was held under the leadership of Sura Murali, State secretary of the Tamil Development Cell.
The event was attended by Thulasi, district president of the out-of-state unit, Chandrasekhar Rajmohan, vice-president and others.
