While earlier reports suggested that the Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has completed the feasibility report, following which a Detailed Project Report (DPR) will be prepared and submitted to the State government for its approval, more updates have poured in following an RTI report suggesting that the project will be executed at a cost of Rs.9,424 crore.
