Coimbatore: The Southern Railway has announced that two-tier AC class coaches will be temporarily attached to the Coimbatore-Hisar train. The railway administration has been increasing the number of trains running on all routes after the Covid-19 pandemic.
"Additional coaches have also been added to the trains to enable more passengers to travel. The passengers had been demanding that additional coaches should be attached to the train from Coimbatore to Hisar (Sl. No. 22476). The train will run from September 9 to 30 and will have two additional two-tier AC class coaches attached to it. On the other hand, two additional AC class coaches will also be attached to train No.22475 from Hisar to Coimbatore. The train will run from October 6 to 27," stated Railways officials in a statement.
