All trains should stop at Singanallur railway station - DMK, Congress and alliance party cadres protest against Southern Railways

More than 100 members of DMK, Congress, MDMK, CPM, CPI, Kongunadu Makkal Desiya Katchi and Viduthalai Chiruthaigal party besieged the Singanallur railway station and engaged in a protest emphasizing their demands to the Railway Department and the Central Government.



Coimbatore: A protest was held at the Singanallur railway station demanding that all trains be stopped.



The protest was led by DMK Coimbatore East District Secretary Na. Karthik. In this protest, Coimbatore MP P R Natarajan, Congress state working president Mayura Jayakumar, MDMK city district secretary Mohan Kumar, CPI district secretary Sundaram, Kongu Nadu Makkal Desiya Katchi City East district secretary Dhanapal and Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi district secretary Ilakkiyan were notable among those who led the protest.



During the demonstration, slogans were raised emphasizing their demands to the Railway Department and the Central Government. In addition, more than a hundred members of the DMK Congress, Madhimuga, CPM, CBI and the Kongunadu People's National Party Liberation Tigers of Tamil Nadu took part in the siege.
