TNAU to conduct two-day training program on 'Preparation of Spice Powders and Pickles' on June 21 & 22

The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is conducting the training program 'Preparation of Spice Powders and Pickles' on June 21, 22 of this month at the Centre for Post-Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College & Research Institute, at the TNAU campus.


Coimbatore: A two-day training program on 'Preparation of spice powders and pickles' will be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on June 21 and 22 between 9.30 am and 5 pm. Training will be given on the following processing technologies:

 Masala powders

 Ready-to-use pastes

 Mushroom pickle

 Banana flower pickle

 Bitter gourd pickle

 Brinjal pickle

 Onion pickle

Interested persons are requested to register for the training program by paying Rs. 1,770 in person on the first day of the training which will be held at the Centre for Post-Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College & Research Institute, TamilNadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore-641003.
