Awareness rally by government school teachers to increase enrolment rates in government schools

The government school teachers’ awareness rally to increase enrolment in government schools was flagged off by the District Revenue Officer Jai Bhim. Over 200 teachers participate in this rally.



Coimbatore: District Revenue Officer Jaybeem flagged off the Government School Teachers' Awareness Rally on behalf of the School Education Department at the Tirupur District Collectorate to increase enrollment in government schools.



The awareness rally was attended by government school Teachers who carried banners and chanted slogans emphasizing the special features of government schools, including 20 percent priority in government service for students studying from class 1 to 12 in government schools and 7.5 percent priority for students pursuing their education in government schools from class VI to class 12.



The District Revenue Officer also distributed leaflets to the public to increase student enrollment in government schools and advised them to enroll their children in government schools. The rally started at the District Collector's Office and ended at the Thennapalayam Market.



More than 200 government school teachers attended the rally.
