State level Seminar on Welfare and Development of Female Employees held in Coimbatore

Over 100 people attended the State level Seminar on Welfare and Development of Female Employees conducted at a private hotel near the collectorate.


Coimbatore: State Seminar on the Welfare and Development of Female Employees on behalf of the Tamil Nadu State Women's Commission and Care de Service to Earth was held at a private hotel near the Coimbatore District Collectorate.



At this event, Kumari, the chairperson of the Tamil Nadu State Women's Commission, attended and gave the acceptance speech.



Speaking on the occasion, she explained about the Tamil Nadu Women's Commission and how women can contact them.

The Coimbatore Care de Project Coordinator Motiraj, Coimbatore District Social Welfare, Women's Rights Officer Thangamani, State Women's Commission member Geetha Nadarajan, and many others were in attendance for this event.

They spoke about the psychological problems faced by women in the workplace, their solutions, precautionary measures, protection against sexual harassment, complaints, and the steps taken by the Government of Tamil Nadu for the protection of women.



More than 100 members of the industry, women working in factories, Anganwadi workers, and members of women's self-help groups who were present in this event, actively participated.
