Coimbatore: District Collector GS Sameeran inspected the development projects being carried out by the Rural Development Department in Kattampatti Panchayat under the Kinathukadavu Panchayat Union of Coimbatore District.
Under the Tamil Nadu Rural Roads Development Project in Kattampatti Panchayat, the District Collector inspected and inspected the construction of the road connecting the Pollachi Palladam Road to Arasur Road at a cost of 1.27 crore.
Following this, he visited the construction of a ridge to retain water in fields being carried out in the panchayat under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Program at a cost of Rs.1.50 lakhs.
District Rural Development Agency Project Director Kavitha, Rural Development Agency Engineer Sethuraman and many others were present during the inspection.
