Coimbatore District Mayor distributes sweets to celebrate late Dr. Kalaignar’s 99th birth anniversary

The Mayor of Coimbatore, accompanied by other key officials of the district distributed sweets at the Coimbatore Corporation Main Office Complex‌ to mark Kalaignar’s 99th birth anniversary.


Coimbatore: The late former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Dr. Kalaignar Karunanidhi's 99th birth anniversary was celebrated in Coimbatore with the Mayor of Coimbatore District, Kalpana Ananthakumar distributing sweets to the public in the Coimbatore Corporation Main Office Complex‌.



She was accompanied by the Corporation Commissioner M Pratap, Deputy Mayor R Vetriselvan, Deputy Commissioner M Sharmila, Zonal Committee Chairmen V Kathirvell (North) and Meena Loku (Central), Shanthi Murugan (Tasks), V P Mubaseera (Taxation and Finance), Somu (A) Santosh (Urban Planning), P Mariselvan (Public Health), Standing Committee Members, Council Members, Zonal Assistant Commissioners ‌and Corporation Officers.
