Coimbatore Government Arts and Culture Department conducted a painting training camp for children on the eve of World Painting Day. World Painting Day is celebrated on April 15 every year.
Coimbatore: World Painting Day is celebrated on April 15 every year. To mark the occasion, a painting training camp will be held on behalf of the Arts and Culture Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu to promote creativity. The painting training camp washeld on April 15th from 10 am to 4 pm at the Zonal Arts and Culture Center premises in Malumichampatti, Coimbatore.
Coimbatore District Collector Sameeran has issued an order in this regard. He said that boys between the ages of 5 and 16 from Coimbatore district can participate in the camp and all participants in the camp will be given certificates. The camp was attended by the best painters who will give process explanations and training on painting techniques.
