Events in the past have covered art, education, enterprise, technology, sports, entertainment, business and hospitality.
After postponement from Jan 09 due to covid restriction, The 14th Edition of Coimbatore Vizha had a grand inauguration on Apr 09th. Every year it has been a new experience celebrating the Spirit of this wonderful City. In terms of magnitude in participation and reach, Coimbatore Vizha remains the single largest initiative in Coimbatore. This special edition of Vizha will be in a scale & magnitude that all citizens of Coimbatore celebrate our wonderful city. A Week of celebrations with the common message of bringing the city together.
The 14th Edition of Coimbatore Vizha was jointly Inaugurated by Coimbatore District Collector G.S.Sameeran and Corporation Commissioner Rajagopal Sunkara, Shri Kumaravelu - YI Chair, Ashwin Manohar - YI Co-Chair, Nishith Shah - Chair, Coimbatore Vizha, Abhisekh Kalro - Co Chair, Coimbatore Vizha, Avanthika - Co Chair, Coimbatore Vizha were present at the inauguration.
This edition of Coimbatore Vizha has a lot of new elements attached to it while keeping safety protocols and the need to be in open spaces as a priority.

Art Street:
Art Street is the marquee event of Coimbatore Vizha that brings all the artists in the region to exhibit their art work.
As everyone is looking forward to , "Come out and celebrate", this year Art Street team anticipates over 50,000 footfalls.
With over 75 artists and 14 workshops, the walkers path in Race Course got more artistic.
This year's highlights are,
1. The Interactive installations engage the public who walk into the art street by spray painting bottles and fixing it on installations
2. A volunteer attempting World record through 14,000 fingerprints painting the Coimbatore vizha logo
The event is open for 2 days, Apr 9th and 10th for the public to rejoice in the art galore.
The Pitch:
The Pitch is an annual event organized by Yi as part of Coimbatore Vizha in partnership with PSG Step, TiE, AIC RAISE, Young Indians, NAN, Forge Accelerator, StartupTN, Startup Payanam and every stakeholder in the startup ecosystem of Coimbatore. This year the 4th edition of The Pitch was held on April 9th 2022.
For the 4th edition of The Pitch we had Mr Prasanth Subramanian - Chairman CII Coimbatore as chief guest. Our jury members were Mr Pritesh Asher co-founder Juicy Chemistry, Mr Annush Ramasamy - Past National Chair Yi, Mrs Ranjana Singhal - President TiE Coimbatore, Mr HariHara Sudan - ED ABT LTD and Mr Prabhu Gandhikumar- Founder TABP Snacks and Beverages.
The Pitch 2022 – Platform for Startups and Students to pitch their ideas and win cash prizes.
The main objective of the Pitch event is to strengthen the startup ecosystem and bring together innovative ideas from our region to the startup world. The Pitch provides mentoring support to aspiring startup companies and access to funding. Over the past years in our Pitch events a number of startups received funding up to Rs.50Lakhs and won cash prizes. Also, some select startups qualified to be incubated at PSG-Step and mentored by industry veterans. This year we have included a separate category for students in our Pitch event. College students with startup ideas which can be scaled as business can participate. They will be mentored by experts and will be nurtured to take their business idea to the next level. The finals of the event was held on April 9th at PSG IM. The winners were awarded cash prizes of worth Rs.150000/- Further they will be provided support to take their business to the next level.

In the student category winners are Naveenraj Electrophene and John Enbaraj
