Coimbatore: On the occasion of the Humane Animal Society's (HAS) 16th anniversary, Humane Animal Hospital (HAH), a new veterinary facility in Selvapuram was inaugurated on Wednesday.
HAH, a social enterprise aims at providing quality and affordable healthcare for pets in Coimbatore. All proceeds from the hospital will be used towards the welfare of the city's street dogs.
The hospital was inaugurated by Dawn William, General Manager - Rescues of Blue Cross of India (Chennai), one of the largest and oldest animal welfare organizations.
The veterinary hospital is located at 9 A, Ramamoorthy Road, Selvapuram, Coimbatore - 641026 and will be open from Monday to Saturday from 2 pm to 9 pm, and on Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm. For appointments, please call 9677715638.
