TVH's two-day carnival 'Summer Night' to be held on April 9 and 10 at TVH Vista Height on Trichy Road.
Coimbatore: One of the leading property developers, True Value Homes (TVH) announced on Wednesday that it will increase its projects and presence in Coimbatore in the months ahead.
Plans are afoot to bring in more projects on Trichy Road, Sathy Road, Vadavalli, Keeranatham IT Zone and farm villas in Thondamuthur.
K N Manivannan, Director, True Value Homes briefed the media on Wednesday stating that TVH which is celebrating its run of 25 years will roll out new projects and will also host a splendid fest in the city this weekend.
"While our initial focus was in Chennai, since 2008 TVH we have brought some interesting projects to Coimbatore as well, like TVH Ekanta (a 300+ Unit project) and TVH Vista Heights in 2011. Now, TVH is promoting housing plots in two locations in Coimbatore at Keerantham and Trichy Road, and more Budget Homes are also in the pipeline. Our focus will be on Coimbatore and Trichy, hereafter. Housing plots in Keerantham will come under Project Thoorika. It is a 2.5 acres project that is 2 kms from Keeranatham IT park. The Trichy Road Project will be 5 acres," elaborated the Director.
He also added that TVH will be catering to all classes of people and the company will be announcing new projects in Coimbatore. "Also, as a way of celebrating our 25 years, TVH is set to host Summer Night – a two-day carnival at TVH Vista Heights in Coimbatore on April 9 and 10. Sivaangi and Chef Damu of 'Cooku with Comali' fame, stand-up comedians Azhar and TSK, and many other celebrity-guests will perform at the event. There will be stalls to enjoy delicious food, have fun and do a lot of shopping too," revealed the Director of TVH.
