Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Government's 'Makkalai Thedi Maruthuvam Scheme' staff from Anaimalai Union submitted a petition to the Coimbatore District Collector, G S Sameeran on Monday to increase their monthly salary and demanded immediate payment of pending salaries.
On August 5th 2021, the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, M K Stalin launched the Doorstep Healthcare Scheme in the State to offer medical assistance to the public at their doorstep. Meanwhile, medical staff working for the Scheme have now petitioned the District Collector demanding that their Rs.4,500 monthly pay should be hiked the pending salary should be paid immediately.
