The District Organiser for Bajrang Dal condemned the section of Muslim organizations who are allegedly threatening theatre owners in Coimbatore for screening Kashmir Files, stating that Vishva Hindu Parishad will provide necessary security to the public and theatres in accordance to the law.
Coimbatore: The Bajrang Dal Coimbatore has stated that the public visiting to watch Kashmir Files film in theatres in the city, will be given necessary protection by them, in accordance to the law.
The Vishva Hindu Parishad has condemned the section of Islamic fundamentalist organisations for threatening theatre owners for screening Kashmir Files movie. The film is set to release in Tamil, as a dubbed-version and the Bajrang Dal district convenor Manikandan and organiser Satish issued a statement stating that they will offer protection to the theatres and public who visit the theatres to watch the movie.
Calling the film historic, Manikandan's statement condemned the section of Islamic organizations for threatening theatre owners and added that the act was a threat to the freedom of expression.
"The theatres screening the film, and the public arriving to watch it will be given protection by the Vishva Hindu Parishad in accordance with the law.", it said.
