The Kinathukadavu police have arrested a man who stabbed a real estate baron allegedly for questioning him on quarrelling with the former's wife
Coimbatore: A real estate businessman was stabbed in a dispute between a couple in Kinathukadavu. Police arrested the culprit and are investigating the incident.
Sabari Nayagi, is the daughter of Easwaran who resides in Vinayagar Temple Street in Kalaiannapudur of Kovilpalayam. Easwaran is a real estate baron, and his daughter is married to Sakthi Karthikeyan of Udumalai, for 8 years. The couple separated due to differences of opinion, and reportedly, Sakthi arrived at Kaliannanpudur to visit their 7-year-old daughter, Sajana, on Sunday.
Sabari Nayaki and Sakthi Karthikeyan entered into a dispute in a quarrel, and Easwaran, who was at home at the time, questioned him. Enraged by this, Sakthi Karthikeyan stabbed Easwaran in the stomach with a knife.Easwaran, who was seriously injured, was admitted to a private hospital in Kinathukadavu for treatment.
Kinathukadavu police have registered a case and arrested Sakthi Karthikeyan for stabbing the real estate bizman.
