With the fuel prices rising at rocket speed, new, high capacity e-bikes, in form of scooters with stunning looks have been launched in Tirupur.
The public has turned their gazes towards the rechargeable e-bikes, and the TRAI has launched an e-motorbike for the first time at Veerapandi on Palladam Road in Tirupur.
Speaking to reporters in Tirupur, the company's owner Santhosh said, "For the first time, a high-capacity e-bike has been launched in Tirupur. As many as four models of the e-bike were being sold, and now it has caught everyone's attention."
He added that their bikes were more comfortable to ride on the road than other e-bikes, and the price of the vehicle will be Rs.1,55,000. The bike can run upto 140 km if the battery is charged once can travel at a speed of 85 kmph and finance facilities will also be provided by the company. He said that these varieties have been brought for sale from today.
