Karpagam Engineering College in Coimbatore signs MoU with Annamalai Capital Services

Coimbatore: The Karpagam College of Engineering has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Annamalai Capital Services to train students and faculties on capital Investment.

The Department of Management Studies, Karpagam College of Engineering, Coimbatore and Annamalai Capitals Services (P) Ltd, Coimbatore signed an MoU on 14.03.2022, Monday.Dr.P.Vijayakumar, Principal, and K.Annamalai, Managing Director, Annamalai CapitalServices(P) Ltd has signed the MoU on behalf of their institutions.

The purpose of theMoU is to train the students as well as faculty members about capital investment. The Department of Management in Karpagam College is planning to start a Centre of Excellence in Finance along with Annamalai Capitals to help the students to gain knowledge about investments and financial planning which would improve their placement scope in financial sectors.

Through the centre of excellence in finance, training will be provided for faculty members in order to know about financial planning for their family, tax exemptions,best investment plans with their salary. Placement and training will be provided to thestudents by the association. In future, the Department of Management Studies is planning to conduct FDPs for faculty members, corporate training for employees, seminars and workshops for engineering students, aspiring for entrepreneurial ventures, and also to enhance their skills and knowledge in investment planning.
