The Aram foundation charitable trust along with the District administration have shortlisted the Govt Girls Higher Secondary School in Chinna Thadagam to provide sports infrastructure and necessary amenities which would be funded by Expleo Solutions Limited, Coimbatore under their CSR orbit
Coimbatore: Aram Foundation, along with the Expleo Solutions will be providing for the sports infrastructure and needed amenities for the government school in Chinna Thadagam. An MoU was signed and handed over to the Collector GS Sameeran.
Aram Foundation Charitable Trust along with the support of the District administration have short-listed the Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Chinna Thadagam for providing sports infrastructure and necessary amenities which would be funded byExpleo Solutions Limited, Coimbatore under their CSR Orbit.
The initiative aims at strengthening physical fitness and mental health through games and sports to 520 girls from the 12 neighbouring villages make the girls realize the importance of sports and bring out their hidden talents. This would as well fetch them job opportunities and make them economically independent in the long run.
The contributors have planned on constructing a volleyball court, basketball court, kabaddi court, and a stage for functions, this year and upgrading the facilities in the future. Necessary trainers and camps will be arranged once the school reopens in June.
An MoU to that extent has been signed between the Chief Education Officer Geetha and the Trust represented by the managing trustee Latha Sundaram and was handed over to the Collector GS Sameeran. Sriram center Head of Expleo Solutions Limited Coimbatore was present.
