A six-point demand of all the businessmen, entrepreneurs, caste associations in the city for the Railways Department on setting up a railway division here was collected, converted as a booklet and handed over to the MP PR Natarajan, which will be forwarded to the Railway Ministry.
Coimbatore: A booklet of demands for the Railway Division in Coimbatore by the business owners and entrepreneurs from the city was handed over to MP PR Natarajan by the Indian Chamber of Commerce President, Balasubramaniam.
A petition containing demands of a section of the caste associations, entrepreneurs, businessmen, apart from the associations and the Coimbatore branch of the Indian Chamber of Commerce, on the Railway-related requests were collected as a six-point demand and converted into a booklet.
The Indian Chamber of Commerce President, Balasubramaniam handed over the booklet to the MP PR Natarajan at the meeting held at 4 pm on Saturday, 12th March 2022. The MP, as a representative of the public, making the requests will forward it to the Ministry of Railways.
