Coimbatore:The 22nd Health Care Office was opened at Cheranmanagar in Coimbatore by the corporation on Friday, 11th March.
The Health Office was opened in Cheranmanagar today, 11th March to help in better sanitation work in the areas under Ward 22 of Coimbatore Corporation. Coimbatore Corporation 22nd Ward Councilor Kovai Babu inaugurated the new health office and distributed safety suits and gloves to the cleanliness workers. Later addressing the sanitary workers he stated that he heard of the grievances of the sanitary workers on priority after he assumed office and promised to provide solutions one by one.
“Sanitary workers should be careful while carrying out cleanliness work in residential areas. Even if public speaks with contempt, you all should maintain peace.”
Babu added that their works should be carried out in a proper manner and that their cooperation is essential for the best implementation of cleanliness programs on behalf of the Corporation.
Coimbatore West Region DMK Student Deputy Convenor Prabhakaran, Deputy Chairman of The TMC Council Rathnavelu, Coimbatore Corporation East Region Health Inspector Muruga, Health Inspector Gunasekaran, Health Supervisor (In charge) Kanniappan, Health Supervisor Saminathan, and members of the 22nd Taluk DMK Corporation, residents welfare association functionaries and others participated.
