SRIT Business School to host day-long Managerial Skills Development Programme on 25 January

A press release from Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology (SRIT) Coimbatore stated that this college will host a day-long managerial skills development programme for final-year year students of the arts, science, commerce and other divisions. With the aim of enhancing the employability of the students, this one-day programme has been planned. This programme will be hosted at the college campus on 25 January.

This programme is open to students from the arts, science, commerce and other divisions. There is no registration fee for this programme. Candidates for this programme will be selected through an online aptitude test. Participants will be provided with a programme kit and upon completion, a certificate will be issued. Accommodation will be provided to all outstation participants.

The day-long programme will be broken down into three technical sessions. The first technical session will be on resume writing and creative thinking and the second technical session on assertiveness and group discussion will be hosted in the language laboratory. The third technical session on team building and leadership skills development will be conducted at the Centre for Experiential Learning. Centre for Experiential Learning was established within the college campus with the funding from All India Council for Technical Education under Research Promotion Scheme for development of leadership skills among engineering students.
