Coimbatore: 9 Assistant Engineers who had been working in various divisions in the Coimbatore Corporation office have been transferred for administrative purposes.
According to an order issued by Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner, Raja Gopal Sunkara, "Saravanakumar, who had been working as the West Zone Assistant Engineer, Coimbatore Corporation has been transferred to the Office Engineering and Drinking Water Division. Prabhakaran, an assistant engineer working in the control room has been transferred as the Central Zone Assistant Engineer. Central Zone Assistant Engineer Karuppusamy has been transferred as South Zone Assistant Engineer, Sundararaj who has been working in the South Zone has been transferred as East Zone Assistant Engineer and Central Zone Assistant Engineer (Project) Hemalatha has been transferred as the West Zone Assistant Engineer.
Similarly, in the North Zone, Assistant Project Engineer and in the South Zone, the Chief Office Engineering Division Assistant Engineer Kalavathi has been made West Zone Assistant Engineer (Project) and East Zone Assistant Engineer Babu has been transferred as Central Zone Assistant Engineer (Project).
North Zone Assistant Engineer (Tasks), Senthil Bhaskar Assistant Task Engineer (Project) will carry out additional tasks. Assistant Project Engineer Kalavathi will oversee the Pillur third project land acquisition process. Assistant Executive Engineer Saravanakumar will be given additional posts as Vellalore Fertilizer Project Engineer.
