He flagged off an ambulance equipped with an oxygen ventilator worth Rs. 20 lakhs in the presence of the Valparai Chief Physician, Dr. Babu Lakshmanan of Valparai Government Hospital at an event held at the Valparai Gandhi Statue.

He flagged off an ambulance equipped with an oxygen ventilator worth Rs. 20 lakhs in the presence of the Valparai Chief Physician, Dr. Babu Lakshmanan of Valparai Government Hospital at an event held at the Valparai Gandhi Statue.
About 500 auto workers, construction workers, tailors and 110 municipality cleaners who were affected by the Covid pandemic during the curfew were provided with Covid relief items, 5 kg of rice and all necessary vegetables.Amul Kandasamy also handed over cots and wardrobes to six plantation workers in Karumalai estate area whose houses caught fire due to electrical leakage causing all household items to be damaged.
The event was attended by the Valparai AIADMK City Secretary Mayil Ganesan, Co-operative Bank Chairman Hameed, Pon Ganesan, Senthil Soundaraj, Salahuddin and AIADMK executives.
