Coimbatore: As the notorious murderer, robber, Rowdy Blade Kabali and his accomplices quarreled in an inebriated state with a blade in hand at the Coimbatore Gandhipuram Town bus stand, the public panicked and ran away.

The Coimbatore Town bus stand was seen bustling at 7 pm today with heavy passenger traffic. At that time 2 inebriated youths came to the area in front of the bus stand under the influence of alcohol and were fighting.
He threatened saying he has seen many prisons and used vulgar words. The person who was with him took the blade that was set aside in his mouth and tried to cut his body. The two then got into a fight at the bus station. College students, employees of private companies waiting to leave work, female government employees ran away screaming and no one stopped them. The man then went away, knocking down civilians and women.
Kattoor police constable said, "This is a very normal thing Gandhipuram Kattoor police and we have more than 10 cases. His name is Blade Kabali, murderer and robber. He falls over passengers in a drunken state with a blade in his mouth, pickpocketing the purses in the pocket and chains around their necks. The person will be left confused not knowing what to do and he would take the opportunity and simply steal. Prior to this he was involved in murder, robbery and many other acts and he is into pickpocket.
His wife was also complicit in this and when he came with his wife a few times and when Kabali took the men away as if to invite him into prostitution, he went after them and the couple would kick the man together and snatch the money he had and left it in the middle of the street. The person who is embarrassed leaves without complaining. Pedestrian shopkeepers around Gandhipuram and auto drivers complain he gets caught, as soon as he gets out of jail. Traders and auto drivers in the area are terrified when they see him threatening to kill them."
When police try to arrest him he threatens to cut himself with a blade on his body and harass police if he is taken to the police station. One wonders why the Kattoor police let such a dangerous person loose in the Gandhipuram area.
He said they have shown the video to Latha Sub-Inspector and she said she would take action. Passengers, public and students have called for the immediate arrest of the person who committed the heinous theft in many public places
