On behalf of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam, welfare assistance is being provided to the poor and needy under the "Ondrinaivom vaa" program throughout Tamil Nadu.
As a part of it, welfare assistance was provided todayon behalf of DMK in Kurichi area under Kinathukadavu block of Coimbatore district. On behalf of the DMK, goods including rice were distributed to the poor and simple people in the 97th and 98th wards of the Coimbatore Corporation under the Kinathukadavu constituency.
Coimbatore East District DMK General Committee member Kurichi Prabhakaran attended the event and provided welfare assistance to the poor.
The event was attended by many including Kurichi North Area Officer Kadher, 97th Circuit Officer Maulana and Kurichi South Area Officer Karthikeyan.
